Elemental Enhancement

There are 4 elements: Fire, Water, Air and Earth.
When a weapon is enhanced with a particular element, normal attacks and physical/magic skills that are non-elemental will now use that element. The strength of a weapon’s element is determined by the number of gems attached to the weapon. Make sure not to have different elemental gems attached to one weapon, as multiple elements can cancel each other out.
Enhance armor with elemental gems to protect yourself from that element. Unlike weapons, elemental gems on armor do not conflict. All elemental gems are active and their effects stack.

How to enhance equipment with elements?

• 1. Talk to the Jeweler in any town and click [Elemental Enhancement] button.
• 2. Click the equipment you wish to enhance to move in to the slot on the left.
• 3. Click the elemental gem you wish to use to move it to the slot on the right.
• 4. Click Enhance to attach the gem to the piece of equipment. If the item has more than one hem slot, a window appears to let you select the right slot.

Spellstone

Spellstones are special item that can be mounted on Rare equipment or better. Spellstones offer different effects for each equipment slot. They come in two varieties: Slayer and Permanent.
Slayer Spellstones can be easily purchased from Jewelers, but they have a chance to break if you die. Permanent spellstones are found randomly in hidden stages on each continent. A permanent spellstone will not break even if the player dies.

Unblocking a Spellstone Slot

Unblocking a spellstone slot on a piece of equipment allows you to insert a spellstone into that slot. Nether Sand is needed to unblock a spellstone slot. You can purchase Nether Sand from Jewelers. Amount of Nether Sands needed varies by item rarity and level.

• 1. Talk to the Jeweler in any town and click [Unblock Spellstone Slot] button.
• 2. Click the equipment in your inventory to move it into the slot on the left.
• 3. Click Nether Sand in your inventory to move the slot on the right.
• 4. Click [Unblock] button.

Mounting a Spellstone

• 1. Talk to the Jeweler in any town and click [Mount Spellstones] button.
• 2. Click the weapon or armor you wish to enhance to move it to the slot on the left.
• 3. Click the spellstone you wish to mount to moveit into the slot on the right.
• 4. Click [Mount] button.

Extraction Tool

By using Extraction Tool, you can get elemental gems or spellstones from enhanced items. The extracted item will be destroyed in the process.

• 1. Talk to the Jeweler in any town and click [Open Extraction Tool] button.
• 2. Place an item with element gems or spellstones into the extraction slot.
• 3. Click [Extract] to retrieve the elemental gems or spellstones.
