[C9] Event - Search for the Hidden Quest!

C9 Actionists,
We all know that quests in C9 exist almost anywhere and conveniently marked with exclamation marks and question marks. However, what if NPCs had strange dreams but forgot to tell you there are extra quests for you? Or what about NPCs who simply came up with another request but you are long gone and it’s a bit too late? Maybe it’s time to go back and check what you have missed!
Period: After scheduled maintenance on July 8, 2014 – before scheduled maintenance on July 29, 2014

How to participate:
- Talk to any NPC to find and receive new event quests!
- Find out what NPC want you to do to complete!
Since it is all about secrecy, except that hidden quests actually exist, we will not disclose rewards but it sure will get better as the quest progresses!
