[C9] Account Block Issue

C9 Actioninsts,

On 12th August, we blocked over 100,000 bot accounts which were suspected to use illegal programs to farm gold. However, a few innocent players which have the same log pattern as the gold bots were also involved in the process and it has resulted in the account block.
If you are encountering the message "Your account is blocked for illegal activities" when you try to log in since 12th August, please send a ticket to "C9" category. If you do not know how to send a ticket, please refer to the ticket submission guide: HERE
**Please write the UserID of the blocked account on the ticket.
**Please note that we will unlock the accounts which were blocked on 12th August only.

Please note that normal gameplay doesn't make a such log pattern, so please avoid any abnormal ways to play the game to prevent future bot account block. We will do our best to provide better service.
