[C9] Notice - Gold Bot Account Block - Unblock Request

Due to numerous requests regarding unblocking accounts blocked during our recent block of gold bots, we are going to receive a separate requests through Google Docs Form. By this, we will be able to help you faster. Please note that this account unblock process will only be available for accounts which have been blocked on September 3, 2014 UTC.

We have blocked about 40000 suspected bot accouts on September 3, 2014 (UTC) due to the abnormal increase of golds. We have analysized the gold bot accounts' log pattern(level+@) and blocked all accounts that have similar log patterns. Unfortunately, we cannot reveal the log pattern due to high possibility of abuse.

Please note that normal gameplay doesn't make a such log pattern, so please check your characters that might not be used to play the game normally.

We will update further issues.

3. Received 500 blocked accounts have been unblocked. (10:00 am, september 4, UTC)

4. All received blocked account have been unblocked. (September 10, UTC)
