[C9] Notice – Future Skill Book Effect Adjustments, UI Enhancement, and more

C9 Actionists,
On November 4, 2014, there will be some changes for Skill Book effects, UI, and few bugs will be fixed. Please refer to following details.

Other Skill Book related changes
1. Battle Maiden’s Skill Book “Blunt Displays, by Jona Rudirre: Double Swing”
- Normal and Magic grade: Damage change will only affect the additional attacks
- Rare and Perfect grade: Booster gauge will be able to increase by the additional attacks
- Sound effect issue fix
2. Nightstalker’s Skill Book “Employment Orientation from Nava Serpin: Chain Fire Lord”
- Rare and Perfect grade: Damage change will only affect the additional attacks
- Perfect grade: Description fix of the ranged-attack action when holding the right-click
- Perfect grade: Attack Increase on the additional rush attack, attack decrease on the additional “right-click” attack, adding piercing effect on the additional “right-click” attack
3. Warrior’s Skill Book “Aggressive Commonalities, by Adelaide: Burning Surge”
- Magic or higher grade: Increase Move Distance when using Burning Surge
- Rush distance increase
4. Guardian’s Skill Book “Lessons in Defense, by Kemahl Drake: Shield Blast” and “Lessons in Defense, by Kemahl Drake: Charge Attack”
- Each effect won’t be overlapped
5. Blademaster’s Skill Book “Balancing on the Edge, by Yeet Medes: Storm Wheel Wind”
- Description fix
UI related changes:

Detailed description will be shown on the icon of the effects as below: |
Bug fix:
1. Issue with the set effect of Assassin’s 5th continent skill book apply to all skills will be fixed.
- The effect will only apply to the skill “Force Bomb”
2. Issue with the attack increase rate bonus that doesn’t apply to summons will be fixed.
- The increase rate will be revised for the class balance
3. Issue with some skill book effects does not work when defeating monsters at a single cast will be fixed.
4. Issue with the duplicate icons showing up when using the Warden’s skill “Freezing Sword” will be fixed.
5. Issue with the Elemental Power increase bonus of the Elementalist’s skill book set effect that does not work will be fixed
6. Issue with the attack range of Ranger’s skill book “Be the Bow, by Baker Liforth: Arrow Shower” will be fixed.
