[C9] Notice - Issues After Last Maintenance

C9 Actionists.

After our latest update we have encountered several issues.

We are currently working on the issues, and we will be performing temporary maintenance soon.

Before that we would like you to avoid following actions.

1. Chatting during the loading screen. (During any loading screen - Dungeon, PVP room, etc.)
2. Soulist Skill - Soul Increase.
