Details : Bug fix

- Issue with the safety mode doesn't affect the pet feed system has been solved.
- Issue with the client crash when clicking "evolve" buttons on Pet Info window before the safety mode is lifted has been
solved.
- Issue with the client crash when trying evolving the pet "Spiky" has been solved.
- Issue with the translation error with the Pet Info window has been solved.

**EDITED - The maintenance period has been extended. We will do our best to solve the issues as soon as possible.
