[C9] Resolved - SEA Server Connection Issue

We sincerely apologize for the recent connectivity issue on Acharon server. We are currently working hard to resolve these issues. Until then, please be aware that you cannot connect on Acharon server. As soon as we resolve these technical issues, we will provide an update.

1. SEA Servers connection issue has been detected and some of players were disconnected (10:30 UTC)
2. Issue has been discovered to be related to down of one of the IDC server connections (11:20 UTC)
3. The server has been closed to investigate and resolve the issue (11:25 UTC) - all players in SEA server have been disconnected
4. Preparing a hardware replacement in IDC (11:35 UTC)
5. Preparing a reserve server (12:43 UTC)
6. Hareware replacement and status checking (12:51 UTC)
7.  Doing internal tests (13:08 UTC)
8. Server has opened (13:33 UTC)

We will make compensation for the inconvenience.
