[C9] Resolved - US server IDC issue

We sincerely apologize for the recent connectivity issue on Akene server. We are currently working hard to resolve these issues. Until then, please be aware that you may experience delay or connectivity occasionally on Akene server. As soon as we resolve these technical issues, we will provide an update.

UPDATE1: The issue has been caused by IDC maintenance. The maintenance will take about 20 minutes.
** It is still able to access the server, but there may be some connectivity problem.
