[C9] Notice - Crash issue when the Debuff Effect UI appears

Currently players can encounter the client crash when the Debuff Effect UI pops up in stages. When you face the issue, please
follow the steps below:

1. Go to C9\FontInfo [Folder]
**C9: The directory folder where you have installed your C9 client.

2. Delete ENG_FontList.XMF file
