[C9] Notice - Server Access Block

Please be informed that we have locked 527 accounts who have accessed illegal phishing sites or used illegal programs recently as announced. If you are encountering the XignCode error 0xE019100C, your access may have been blocked from this reason.

The access to C9 server will be unblocked after 2 weeks from the block. Please be aware that second attempt on illegal activities can cause much more strict account restriction up to the permanent access block.

We will continue taking actions against players who violated our policy after a careful investigation.

You have the responsibility for any issue caused by a phishing website you may accessed, so please keep from any suspicious website or program.
