[C9] Notice - Payment through Skrill temporarily unavailable

Currently there is a connection issue with Skrill (Credit card & E-wallet service, formerly Moneybookers). This issue will be fixed during next maintenance (6 October, 2015 UTC). Until then, we advise you to use other methods of payment such as VISA/Master/AMEX/Xsolla/Paypal/Clickandbuy.
