[C9] Notice - Issue about Ancient Arena Pre-season

Greetings C9 Actionists,

 

We have updated Ancient Arena recently. Before we introduce the regular season of this new system, we had decided to hold 2 Pre-seasons to look for any technical issue we might miss during the internal test. During the Pre-season 1, we have found quite a lot of technical issues occurring to players including critical one to the system.

 

Due to the issues, we have concluded that proceeding the current contents will not help, so Pre-season 2 is postponed till a certain date for bug fix.

 

Plus, we will remove ALL rewards regarding Ancient Arena Pre-season including Ancient Money, Ancient Potion, Growth Stone(including enhanced/equipped ones), Growth Stone Pieces on December 8, 2015 (UTC). Till then, rewards exchange function will be temporarily disabled.

 

Also, we will compensate ALL of participants for your Pre-season participation and the item removal as below:

  • Dimensional Fissure event dungeon till the scheduled maintenance on December 8, 2015 (UTC).
  • Survival Conqueror Chest Giveaway event till the scheduled maintenance on December 8, 2015 (UTC).
  • Ancient Money (Amount equivalent to the highest rank rewards of the Pre-season) ** This rewards will be sent to your character when we remove the Pre-season items.

 

Our developers are currently working hard to fix the issues before the regular season starts, and the schedule about the Regular Season will be announced later.
