[C9] Notice - Issue with the character restoration function

Greetings C9 Actionists,
 

We regret to inform you that currently we have a technical issue on the character restoration. Originally when you try deleting a character, you are able to cancel the deletion and restore your character within 72 hours. However, the Character Restoration function at this moment is not working properly and you may not cancel your decision.

If you are unble to restore a character within 72 hours from you press the Delete button, please submit a ticket to C9 category with the name of the character you would like to restore. Please be aware that we are unble to assist you if you would like to restore a character which you had deleted before this technical issue occured.

We all thank you for your patience and will update you when the issue is fixed.
