Details: Event Update, sales update, event end, sales end, bug fix

- The Archery event will end.
- Cosmos Stone 1+1 sales will end.
- Issue with the wrong amount of Skill  Points increase when leveled up since February 23 will be fixed. All characters with the wrong SPs will have a skill reset with this bug fix. The issue will be fixed on the next scheduled maintenance on March 22.

The maintenance has been extended by 1 hour. We all thank you for your patience.
