[C9] Notice - Issue with the Event Rewards

Greetings C9 Actionists,
Currently we are encountering some issues. Please check the current issues and frequently asked questions below regarding our recent Jumping Promotion and other events.
1. I got both the "Prelude to the Storm" soul set and "Eyes of the Storm" soul set for the max level event.
Some players got both of the soul set by mistake. We will not reclaim the wrong soul set, so Merry Christmas!
2. I didn't get the max level event rewards even if I reached the max level with my promoted character.
This issue can happen when the name contains a certain special character such as blank. Please submit a ticket with the name of your promoted character.
3. Some rewards are missing.
Please submit a ticket regarding your issue. Please write the name of your promoted character in the ticket. We will check and send the missing items.
4. I cannot get the third quest from Princess Ariel for the promoted characters.
Currently we are checking the issue. Please wait till the bug fix. If you have [6 continents permanent skill book trade ticket] item, please do not throw away this item till the bug fix even if you cannot use it now.
5. Where is the winner list of the Enhancement/Guildhouse event?

6. When will be the Wcoin Attack/Beginner's Luck? When can I get the rewards?
The promotion will end before the scheduled maintenance on May 24, 2016 (UTC). The rewards are expected to be given out within four weeks after the 7th anniversary events end.
