Greetings C9 Actioninsts,
We regret to inform you that the current New Player Rewards event and Tournament System have been is postponed due to technical issues.
Please be informed that Returning Player Rewards event has no issue. We will send the missing rewards to whom didn't get the proper New Player rewards during we had the issue till July 19, 2016 (UTC).
We will do our best to fix the issue and re-open the events as soon as possible.
