[C9] Notice – Change regarding the monster damage resistance buff

Greetings C9 Actionists,

Please be informed that the maximum rate of the PvE monster resistance buff of equipment has changed to 50% on January 31, 2017. This change is for preventing resistance overload of certain monsters and balance the general PvE gameplay. This change only affects “Monster Damage Resistance” buff in PvE. Please let there be no misunderstanding.

Our developers will continue putting enormous effort into rebalancing the overall features of the game as well as updating new contents to provide more enjoyable gaming experiences.
