[C9] Issue Fixed - WEBZEN.com's 8th anniversary promotion rewards

Update - Issue that some participants unable to redeem the codes have been fixed. Also the redeem code for the Beginner's Luck promtion has been replaced. If you have encountered any issue before, please try again with the codes below!

Thanks to you, WEBZEN.com's 8th anniversary was a real success! Thousands of players connected daily to our login event, took advantage of the in-game buffs, and hunted around our partners' websites in search of coupon codes.

We'd like to send a very special thank you to all the players who joined the party. It was truly epic!

And for the players who took part in the Beginner's Luck and Wcoin Attack events, the time has come for your rewards! To claim them, just follow these simple steps:

• Go to the coupon redemption page
• Copy/paste the coupon code(s) you are entitled to
• Make sure you have a character on the account, and select the appropriate region/server
• Grab your rewards in-game!
   

You can only redeem these coupons if you successfully took part in the Wcoin Attack or Beginner's Luck events!

FAQ:

Q: I'm not sure which level I reached in the Wcoin Attack event. What can I do?
A: You can try all three coupon codes. If you're not entitled to a reward, you'll get an error message explaining that you didn't take part in that event. You only need to redeem the coupon for the highest level you reached.

Q: I took part in the event, but I'd like to give the reward to my little brother. Why isn't it working?
A: The rewards can only be redeemed on the account that took part in the event.

Q: I'm pretty sure I reached Wcoin Attack level 2, but only the code for level 1 worked. What's going on?
A: In order to be eligible for the reward, you need to have topped up and spent a certain amount of Wcoin in the game between the 26th of April (after the maintenance) and the 7th of June (before the maintenance). You can check the details of your purchased and spent Wcoin in your transaction history. Once you are sure of your calculations, you can send a ticket here with the subject "Wcoin Attack 8th Anniversary", along with the details of the transactions.

Q: I'm pretty busy these days. Can I redeem the coupon later?
A: You have until 23:59 (UTC) on the 31th of July to redeem a coupon.


Q: How can I receive a desired skill book?
A: Once you receive the skill book coupon after redeeming the code, talk to the Warehouse Manager and exchange the coupon with the desired skill book. Make sure to use the coupon within 60 days!
