[C9] Fixed - Server Connection Issue on US and SEA server

Greetings C9 Actionists,
We sincerely apologize for the recent connectivity issue on Acharon and Akene server.
Our technical teams are currently working very hard off the clock to resolve the issue. Until then, please be aware that you may fail to connect to US or SEA server.
As soon as we resolve the technical issue, we will inform you all.
UPDATE: The issue has been fixed. For compensation, characters with 40 level or higher will receive 1 Dimensional Fissure ticket every day till October 22, 2017 (UTC). This event is available on all servers including Rahkdan.
