Greetings C9 Actionists,

Our Wcoin top-up had server issue during given period above and some of our users might have been affected by it resulting in various forms of error. Our billing department is currently on resolving issues caused for those have been affected by this issue.

As of April 18 02:45 UTC Wcoin top-up issue has been resolved and our players will be able to use the function as normal.

We sincerely apologize for all inconveniences this may have caused.
