You may find some problems regarding logging in after the maintenance.

On Friday , May 25th, Webzen.com website and our games completed a maintenance to prepare our compliance with the new GDPR regulations.

Since the edits have been made in our Privacy Policy, it is mandatory for players to take notice of the changes and agree to the new terms before playing.

If you are having an issue with login, you probably didn't agree to the new Privacy Policy yet. That's no problem, since you can do it very quickly and easily.

How to Agree to the new Privacy Policy?

1. Login to the Webzen.com website
2. After logging in, you will be automatically redirected to additional agreement page
3. If you are 16 years of age or older and have read the Privacy Policy, please tick the boxes.
4. Then, enter your username and password once again, then click "AGREE" button

As soon as this has been done, you will be able to log in to the game as usual and play.

This process only has to be done once, the first time you will connect after the maintenance. you won't have to do it everytime.

If you already agreed to the new Privacy Policy on our website but are still unable to access the game, please contact our customer support team who will be happy to assist you.
