[C9] Notice - Notice regarding service provider maintenance

Greetings C9 Actionists,

On 12:00 ~ 4:00 (UTC), there will be maintenance on one our service providers.

During the service provider maintenance, there will be ocasions of temporary connection problems, and not being able to use the in-game and web shop features.

Each connection problem's duration will last very shortly (most likely under a minute).
