[C9] Notice - Notice regarding Black Friday Weapon Upgrade

Greetings, C9 Actionists,
Many questions were raised regarding the Black Friday Weapon Upgrade.
Here are some answers for you!
Note: For the Survey -
The most important part is your account name/your character name/and the server.
If you got those right, you will be in the list of the exchange, and if you are eligible, you will get your weapon exchanged. (All the other information are additional information to help us to verify if any problem should happen)
Q. When is the survey over?
A. Survey will continue until Midnight of Sunday, November 25th, UTC
Q. I am level 73 and I want to exchange my weapon. Can I?
A. Absolutely. Make sure have them equipped. However, you must level up to meet the requirement to equip Rahkdan Weapon.
Q. Can I use my weapon that i got from Jumping event to participate?
A. No. Any weapon with time limitation won't be eligible for the exchange.
Q. Weapon will be exchanged by having them in the bag?
A. No, you must "EQUIP" the weapon. There will be a separate announcement
Q. Can I change multiple characters under 1 account?
A. No, only one character per account is allowed for the exchange. If you have applied for multiple characters, you will NOT be able to exchange your weapon. Please delete your record on the survey.
Q. I have dual weapon, what now?
A. If you have dual weapon, and they are both eligible, have both of them equipped, and both will be exchanged. If only one of the dual weapon is eligible, only one will be exchanged.
Note: If your both dual weapon is eligible, they will both change. If you wish to NOT change one of your weapon, please keep your undesired one unequipped. This is regardless of the survey! Once you have filled your survey, system will recognize to change all your eligible equipped items to new weapon.
Q. What is the requirement for application?
A. Artesia's, Akene's, or Rahkdan +16 or higher.
Q. What do I get?
A. Same kind of Rahkdan Weapon + 100 Weapon Ores, and Chaos Stones.
Q. What happens to Magic Amplification and Gems?
A. They willl be removed with the upgrade. Make sure to take off your growth stones!
A. When will I get my exchange?
Q. Currently we are gathering all the player information. We will definitely post a notice 24 hours before - make sure to keep following the news!
