The account used to contact us must match with the Character name listed above. Any ticket coming from another account will not be valid.
1) Send a ticket to our Support service before Tuesday 30th of April 23:59 UTC.
Choose the C9 category, and the Account Issue.

3) Complete your ticket with the following information:
- Name and Surname
- Email
- Contact number (phone)
- Full Address (Where you want to receive your rewards)
