We do acknowledge the issue regarding the number of Soul: War Finisher Random Chest given.
However, we have a slight technical problems, and we can't fix this problem at this moment.
Instead, all players who buy this package until next maintenance will be recorded and given compensation:
Please note following:
1. The sales will last until 21st of May, 2019. Until then, purchasing this item will only give 1x Soul: War Finisher Random Chest. Compensation will be given next week, as following:
2. For the buyers of Military Gear Set, 4x Soul: War Finisher Random Chest will be given. (3 missing + 1 compensation)
3. For the buyers to Soul: War Finisher Random Chest, 5x Soul: War Finisher Random Chest will be given. (4 missing + 1 compensation)
