Our team has been preparing this raffle for a long time, trying to make this fair, and clear as possible.
List has been finalized, as announced, according to below schedule.
1. Characters holding Sky Dragon Raffle Ticket during the maintenance of May 14th
2. Other characters which required to change/promote/redeem ticket by today, May 16th, 04:00 UTC as announced.
The raffle will begin at 13:30 UTC, with the help of streamer Annoyingfly.

Winner will be decided by using a spinning wheel program.
