Now P-Rare Skillbooks will appear at higher rate

 

P-Rare Weapon you can get from Dimensional Fissure bosses has been upgraded as below: (Get 1 of Below)

Along with above changes, some other fixes has been implemented as well.

Charm will no longer be usuable in PvP Arena 

Weekly Tournament will now have time limit of 5 minutes
