[C9] Notice - Rahkdan's Invasion required point changes

Greetings, C9 Actionists,
Regarding the Rahkdan's Invasion, you probably noticed that the required point had been fixed for recent few weeks.
The way rahkdan's invasion was supposed to be set up was to change the required point depending on the amount of activity of the server.
However, due to recent events, we saw many increase in users, however but also abusing users as well, which resulted in increase in required valor point, while those character was not actively participating in the invasion.
To solve this problem, we have fixed the required point, and saw how it went on.
However, after fixing the required point, it seemed that the invasion now became too easy, and not challenging, which was not our intention when we first brought this content to the game.
We have calculated and saw how much players in each server were achieving, and based on those numbers, we decided to readjust the required point.
This change will be effective as of today, and we will continue to monitor the invasion clear time, and additionaly adjust according to the clear time of each server.
