Regarding the returnee user coupon,
we have gathered the 1st week of the sign ups and we will soon distribute the p-rare skillbook coupon in a form of redeemable coupon.
However, the problem is currently due to the portal-related issue, it can only be redeemed to Old Servers.
We will work on this issue, and as soon as this issue is solved, we will distribute the coupon through notice.
