We are aware that several users have been unable to connect to any of the game servers after conclusion of the recent server migration. Rest assured, we have already isolated the cause of the issue, and everyone may now connect to their corresponding servers. Should anyone still encounter the same issue, please do not hesitate to submit a report through here. For more details on which server can users access based on their location, please view the list below:

As we have mentioned before, the EU server will not be affected by this server migration.

Meanwhile, along with the migration of SEA users, we would like to inform everyone that we have also migrated the accounts of users located in Oceanian Countries to the SEA Server. This is to ensure smoother gameplay and improved connectivity for all members of the community. All Oceanian users who have been migrated to the SEA server may enjoy the same benefits and events that are currently being held in the SEA server.
