[C9] Notice – Current Known Issues
Greetings,
C9 Actionist.
To support your game playing a more effectively, we would like to share a list of several known issues that we are currently aware of, which have been recently reported by users and discovered by our support team. Rest assured, we are currently putting our full efforts to resolve the issues below as soon as possible to provide a more stable service.
1. Daily Event Quest Issue (All Servers)
- Unable to receive the daily event quest (Deyan’s Small Wish) from the bulletin board. – (Daily Attendance Event)
- Event Period Changes : January 30 ~ February 27 [GST]
2. Disconnection during PVP & PVE (SEA Server Only)
- Several users have been unable to connect or access to any of the contents related to server interaction after the recent server migration.
**THIS ISSSUE HAS BEEN CURRENTLY FIXED, HOWEVER REMAINS TO BE SEEN FOR FURTHER DISCONNECTION ISSUES.
3. Guild Buff & Skill Slot Issue (SEA Server Only)
- Unable to learn 1 or more guild skill & buff after server migration.
- "This problem only appears among characters that has been already advanced classes and migrated to SEA server. Every adidtional Guild Buff & Skill slot is availiable after the class change.
EX) Elite Witchblade - > 2 Slots, Warden -> 3 Slots
**THIS DOES NOT APPEAR TO NEWLY CREATED CHARACTERS.
