[C9] Notice - Compensation for US server accessibility issues

C9 Actionists!

Recently, we experienced some accessibility issues with the US server, which affected many players ineligible to access to the game time to time. This issue has been resolved at this time, and all US server players should be able to access to the game properly.

As compensation for the inconvenience, we will be providing anyone who connected US server during this time with Stamina Potions as well as Magic Primers. If you connected to US server during the outage, from 1st til 7th of May, items will be given to your US server character on May 8, 2013 during weekly maintenance. You can then find the items in your character which is located in the first row of your characters list at character selection window.

Compensation Details

- Stamina Potion (50pt) * 5EA

- Magic Primer * 300EA

PLEASE NOTE,the items will be given to the character located in the top row on your list of characters at the selection window, and will be bound to the character once obtained. Therefore, please be sure to locate your wishful character on the first row before the maintenance. 

- You can reorder the character by clicking reorder button.

For the future going, we would put our best effort to minimize and/or prevent any reoccurrence of the particular outage.
