We are currently aware of the "Exceptional Error" occurring while trying to log into the game on occasion.

The issue is caused by a DDOS attack to the login server and we are diligently trying to resolve it. Some players may experience accessibility issues. If you do, please try logging in after a time 10 minute interval.
