C9 Actionists,
It has recently come to our attention that recently an improper GM action occurred within the game.
This is neither condoned or accepted by Webzen and we want to assure all our players that measures have been taken to rectify the situation. More so, we wish to inform you that the investigation into the case is ongoing to assess the full extent of the impact of the situation.
Additionally, we are working to make sure this does not happen ever again as it is a gross violation of player trust in us.
Once again, we are truly sorry for this incident and want to deeply apologize to our player base for this situation.
