[C9] Notice - 1st Anniversary Auspice

Greetings C9 Actionists,

Recently, we've discovered a slight bug where players weren't receiving the 1st Anniversary Auspice after using the item that provides it. For those concerned about this, we'll be correcting this issue with the coming maintenance and those that have already used the item will be receiving a new Auspice to correct this.
