Greetings, C9 Actionitst We are currently having issue on Platunum Chest R-4 after the maintenance. There will be Temporary Maintenance at August 25 GST to fix the issue, the time is not fixed yet but we will do our best to make them quick. We recommend do not purchase the Platinum Chest R-4 anymore, and for the compansation we are going send out the fixed version of the Platinum Chest to the purchased user.
