[C9] Notice - Mystic Level Up Event and Auspice

Greetings C9 Actionists,

We wish to inform the brave adventurers that brought a Mystic to level 63 or higher during the event period that there was an error dispensing the Mystic exclusive Auspice. 

As such, we will be removing the erroneous Gear that some players received and will be issuing the Auspice on the next maintenance due to the fact that its implementation requires a brand new patch. Players that already received the gear from the Gift Storage, please keep it in your inventory since it will be exchanged for the Auspice come next week's maintenance.

We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this might have cause any of our players.
