[C9] Notice - Unique/Skillbook Event Issue

Greetings C9 Actionists,

We'll be having a temporary maintenance to fix the Unique Weapons and Skillbooks since they currently have the same name as their permanent counterparts. These items will last the duration on the event and will be removed after the event ends from all player's inventories.

We urge all players to avoid buying the items in their current state until the end of the temporary maintenance.
