[C9] Notice - Improvement Plan on Special Monsters

C9 Actionists

At the beginning of February, we asked our players to share your thoughts with us in regards to the game's state after the implementation of Rahkdan's Counterattack. We poured over responses once the survey period was over and we have made a few changes. This time, we are preparing the second changes on Rahkdan's Counterattack to improve gaming environment. At the moment, expected changes include:

- Semi Boss and Boss Monsters' HP will be reduced.
- Semi Boss Monsters will drop Auras.
- Spawn Rate of Elite Monsters will be reduced.
- Drop Rate of Epic Equipment will be increased.
- Ignore Armor Rate of Elite and Semi Boss Monsters will be decreased.

We will be monitoring the game after the changes for further modifications that might be required in order to ensure a fun gaming experience for our players.
