[C9] Notice - Regarding issues with Jumping C9 event

C9 Actionists,

We have been trying our best to manage our recently finished event, Jumping C9. However, many aspects have gone differently than we have expected, ended up disappointing many of our players, which was not our goal.

Initially the event has been planned to bring in many newcomers as well as to bring back many veterans and have a party-like celebration by giving away level 50 characters for those who are willing to play C9 and we still believe this event should not end like this.

Hence, we decided not only give out level 50 characters to the players who have participated in this event but also to everyone who enjoyed C9 during the period of Jumping C9 event to celebrate this spring even more.

Everyone who played C9 at least once between 2014/04/08~2014/04/21 GST, will receive at least one level 50 character after scheduled maintenance on 2014/04/28. (Previous event winners will be excluded.) Also, missing crystals for event characters created before scheduled maintenance on 2014/04/21, will receive them after scheduled maintenance on 2014/04/28.

We would like to apologize again for the event not going smoothly as we all wanted and hope this measure could help you to celebrate with us.
