[C9] Notice – Webzen and gPotato will be ONE now!

C9 Actionists,
We are happy to announce that the three game portals, gPotato.eu, gPotato.com, and Webzen.com, will merge into a brand new Webzen.com on May 26th, 2014, UTC. Here are some of the details you might want to know.
1. Account transfer
All accounts from gPotato.eu, gPotato.com and Webzen.com will be transferred to brand new Webzen.com website automatically – if your UserID and email are unique.
** i.e. If you have UserID and email that only exists in Webzen.com and does not exist in gPotato.eu or gPotato.com, your account will be transferred to new Webzen.com as soon as you log in
**e.g. if there is only one UserID: JOHNDOE123 / email: JOHNDOE1990@email.com existing in all three game sites, that account will get transferred to new Webzen.com automatically.
2. Duplicate Account
Password and other account information change is required for accounts with duplicate information for either UserID or email address. Once the account logins to the new Webzen.com, it will automatically move to the manual account transfer page.
** e.g. if you own one account from Webzen.com – UserID: JANEDOE321 / email: JANEDOE1990@email.com and another account from gPotato.com – UserID: JANEDOE321 / email: JANEDOE1991@newmail.com, because two account’s UserIDs are identical, both accounts have to be transferred manually.
** If you own each account in gPotato.eu, gPotato.com, Webzen.com, you end up having 3 separate accounts. In this case, there is no way to merge all acounts.
3. New Forum
Previous forums for each game will be replaced with new ones, and only reading function will be available in archived previous forums for a while. To access archived previous forums, go to following link, http://forums.webzen.com/Group115.aspx.
4. Payment Method
As there are different options on each websites, payment methods for purchasing virtual currency will be diversified on the new Webzen.com. Some parts of the payment methods will have limits.
Also, we will be performing a Maintenance for the merge, and the detailed schedule will be announced later.
