[C9] Notice – Ticket Submission Guide

C9 Actionists,
 

We have noticed over the past few month that some of our players have been submitting their tickets in the wrong categories, or could not be able to locate where to submit. Hence we are here to give you a little guide to receive our support better.



**If you are experiencing any technical difficulties from the game, please use “Technical Issues” category under the game’s name. (e.g. C9 > Technical Issues)

**Technical Issues under big category with other games is for problems with website and forums.

**Submitting tickets under wrong categories may cause significant delays in processing.




How to submit a ticket

  1. Go to “Support” from top bar from Webzen.com’s main page, or “Support > Knowledge base” from any game’s main page









     
  2. Select the game you wish to make a ticket for.







     
  3. Search for an article that best describes your concern (or click any article).







     
  4. If the article cannot help you, please click “Submit a Ticket” button.







     
  5. Make sure to check category of the ticket you are submitting. (e.g. C9 > Technical Issues)
