[C9] Webzen Note – Brand New Pet Expedition System and More!

Greetings C9 Actionists,

Thanks to your ardent support of our latest jumping event, C9 developers have been preparing even more contents for actionists! We have 2 major updates today – Brand new Pet Expedition System and Bladedancer Rework! Check out the details below.

[Pet Expedition System]

It’s been known very well that there are tremendous treasures which ancient pirates had hidden in small, maze-like caves. However, over the years, the caves have been collapsed and the paths have been forgotten.

Human being cannot find the treasures in those inaccessible places now.

Still, Glenheim heroes always find a way. Some of them realized that even if a human cannot enter the places and seek for treasures, small creatures can! Our lovely and loyal friend pets easily squeeze their bodies into narrow places.

So now, you can make a Pet Expedition and send them to explore 4 different caves to seek for treasures!

Training Cave

Pet Expedition will find 1 million EXP or awakening EXP.

Wealth Cave

Pet Expedition will find 700 thousand golds.

Akene Cave

Pet Expedition will find various materials of Spellstones. High-graded pets may find a bigger amount of treasures.

Event Cave

Pet Expedition will find various different rewards. High-graded pets may find a bigger amount of treasures.

** Event Cave is only accessible during the Pet Expedition event period.

How to send the Pet Expedition:

1. Press F7 to open the Pet Expedition window.

2. Select a cave to explore.

3. Right-click or double-click your Pet Carve Stone to create a pet expedition.

4. You can add up to 2 pets to each expedition.

5. Once you are ready, click the button on the right side to send the pet expedition to the cave.

6. Wait for the pet expedition returns. The basic exploration takes 24 hours, but you can reduce the required time with the ways below:

Raise the pet level.
Send high-graded pets.
Put more pets into the expedition.

7. Once the pet expedition returns, click the button on the right side to claim the rewards.

Please note that:

You cannot summon/delete/move/combine pets which are exploring caves.
Each expedition team can consist of 1-3 pets.
You can create up to 4 expedition teams for each cave.
The exploring time reduces as the level or the grade of the pet rises.
The amount of the item rewards increases when you send high-graded pets.
Pet expeditions will be exploring the caves even if you’re logged out.

[Bladedancer Rework]

Glenheim these days are full of powerful heroes, but Bladedancers has lain low. Citizens of Tampera was wondering where those powerful and beautiful warriors have gone.

Finally they have found out, as Bladedancers are back with empowered spirits from the barren desert of Sarad!

Now you can enjoy full of agile and delicate actions with mighty and seductive Bladedancer!

Will I get a Skill Reset Scroll?

If you have a Bladedancer character created before the rework, check the storage now! 2 Skill Reset Scrolls and Perfect Skill Book of Chaos Spire [3 days] have been sent to each character. Make sure to receive and use them fast as those item has an expiration date!

Artesia Head Ornament

New Unique Guild Furniture of Arteria’s head shape has been newly added! The furniture will add powerful bonus of STR 60, WIS 60 and HP 3000!

Collect Sealed Book of Chaos x50 and Artesia's Bones x50, and exchange the furniture with the Portal Mage!

Wing Mix and Match System

You can get a “Wing Mix and Match Token” when you combine a wing item and 100 Tertis Claws in Nitro Cube. Receive

Gather 3 Tokens and talk to the Event Manager to exchange them for a Permanent Wing box with the desired Physical/Magical bonus and the class.

*Temporary items are unavailable to combine.

“Restart” button is now available in Dimensional Fissure dungeon!

Now a big hassle of re-entering the dungeon is gone!

This is just a small snapshot of what the developers of C9 have been working on. There are many other parts of the game and interesting new additions that we have been looking into and we hope we can share that with you in the near future.
